Mark Tiedens

CEO

I will ultimately be responsible for the success of the relationship with Tag. I’ve an open line of communication between our clients and believe that through simple, direct communication we can solve complex business challenges as the market dictates. I have 20 years of leadership experience driving growth at technology and services companies. Before Noosh, I served as the SVP of Marketing and Business Development in the Americas for HH Global through a period of rapid growth and acquisition of INWK.

On a personal note, I live with my wife and still two perfect children in California. To say I like to run is an understatement. I don’t run fast, but I can run far

Carolyn Burke

Professional Services Manager

I will work with Tag as the point person in implementation and deployment. In my 20 years of Noosh, I have implemented major accounts in both direct and service provider models. Many of our customers have had long term relationships with Noosh, and it’s been tremendously rewarding to see both the product and their usage of it mature.

A transplanted New Yorker, I have been living in Florida for the last 7 years with my husband. When not working, I love playing in local tennis leagues and believe I will someday learn to cook.

Yossi David

President and CFO

I will be responsible for the success of the deployment and billing you in a timely manner. The Noosh Professional Services organization rolls up to me. As such I will be accountable for the successful deployment of our solution at Tag.

I have more than two decades of professional and managerial experience in finance and business operations. Previously, I held senior management positions at CheckPoint Software Technologies, Intel Corporation, and the Israeli Industry Center for Research and Development.

I was born and raised in Tel-aviv, Israel and graduated from The Heberew University of Jerusalem. I have 3 children and outside of work I like hiking, biking and gardening.

Ron Barale

VP of Customer Success and Products

My team is responsible for making sure that you get maximum value from your Noosh solution. We will keep you up to date with our latest product developments and promptly engage with you to quickly solve any issues reported into the support desk. I have over 25 years of leadership experience in SaaS solution companies, and have led both Services and Engineering teams.

My wife and I love to travel (when we can), and live music is a favorite. When not working or traveling you can find me in my home studio writing and recording mediocre classic rock tunes.

James Lei

VP Engineering

With decades of designing, architecting and managing web application development and hosting in large successful consumer and business internet companies, I lead the company’s technology direction and manage every aspect of product development and data center operations. I am responsible for building the world class engineering organization and continuously improving the best practices in the areas of software development, data center management, so on and so forth.

On the personal note, I enjoy the nature beauty and has been exploring the national parks across US.

Jennifer Schneider

Customer Success

My focus is to provide support to our customers and their suppliers who use Noosh by advising users regarding best practices, track cases/bugs and manage escalation to QA, and work with our professional services department to provide an ideal customer experience.

I have 18+ years in customer service roles ranging from retail to high-tech, and have learned so much from each one. On my downtime I love to cook, camp (Bass Lake is a recommendation), and cuddle on the couch with my boyfriend and my cat.

Lucy Qin

Product Manager

I am responsible for the overall features of the Noosh Product. Working closely with engineering, customer support and professional services, I will make sure that any existing functionalities will be incorporated effectively into the Tag workflow and any future developments are implemented in a timely manner. I have a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering and a Master in Business Admin. My work experiences include working in Canada, China and the United States.

Having grown up in rainy Vancouver Canada, I am taking full advantage of living in sunny California. On the weekends, you can find me on the tennis court or hiking around the different trails within the Bay Area.

Mike Morioka

Quality Assurance

Lead Quality Assurance team in Automation of test scripts, performance/Stress testing and manual testing of our Web based application.

I’ve been working in Quality for over 25 years and have a great understanding of QA methodologies and practices. I strive for improving processes and believe Automation is a strong part of consistency and reliability.

I enjoy Photography, Golf and DIY jobs around my house.
