This year, even amid unseasonable weather, the Schaffer team designed a service of full-standard espresso and tea stations, the care of proper preparation and presentation of pastries to accompany morning breakfast; and tray-passed appetizers and small bites throughout the day; to serve VIPs, Executives, invited Guests and the production team.
