On November 3, 2018 we helped launch the new location of Rolling Greens Nursery on Mateo Street DTLA. There is a gorgeous retail shop, bespoke wine bar (opening soon), enormous greenhouse/ event space and a 3,200 sf event tent. Schaffer began the weekend with brunch pastries, fresh fruit and our famous Edible Crudités Garden. Later, we served our Chocolate Covered Pretzels® paired with some small batch craft beers. As late afternoon rolled in, we hand crafted artisanal pizzas from a wood fired oven on the event deck and served up some of our seasonal salads. We followed that up with an evening cocktail party in their new event tent that was decked out in a Morroccan motif complete with Kilim rugs and poufs. We served our beautiful Mezze in antique brass and cranked our Vegetarian Tartare Bar and loads of tray passed Schaffer classic hors d’oeuvres. We were so happy to be a part of this incredible event and look forward to many more. There is something for everyone at this fabulous campus. If you are downtown, this unique and beautiful spot is not to be missed, it is a dreamy oasis!
