An Educational Evening at ddc

ddc houses an exceptional selection of contract furniture and accessories, including Vancouver-based Bocci. Bocci Lighting, a contemporary design and co-operative manufacturing house, merges talents from a community of designers, architects, craftspeople and technicians to conceptualize and create their lines of innovative lighting.

In celebration of Bocci’s latest line, ddc hosted an intimate evening with various architects and interior designers to come and preview the new Bocci fixtures on display and learn about the new 22 series. Challenging the traditional, tired and ubiquitous, cover plate concept, the 22 series is a complete suite of electrical wall accessories. Outlets and switches can be mounted flush into drywall or millwork with a new UL approved system that eliminates the need for a cover plate entirely.
