Stuart Denenberg gives us an inside look into their story and the diverse range of <a href=\"http:\/\/fada.com\/gallery\/14\/denenberg-fine-arts-inc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fine art\u00a0available<\/a> for viewing on San Vicente Boulevard.<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\" https:\/\/westhollywooddesigndistrict.com\/directory\/denenberg-fine-arts\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7330 size-full\" src=\" https:\/\/www.westhollywooddesigndistrict.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Denenberg-2-e1418772921876-3.png\" alt=\"Denenberg Art Gallery, West Hollywood Design District\" width=\"640\" height=\"470\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When we moved to West Hollywood from San Francisco\u2019s Pacific Heights, and bought a 1960s Modernist, even \u201cbrutalist\u201d house on San Vicente, all our Northern California friends protested, \u201cBut you\u2019re Victorian people!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Surprise! The art world is dynamic; context determines a lot about who we are, who we think we are, what we do, and how we feel. The beneficent weather of Beverly\u2019s home town, Los Angeles, the creative energy of West Hollywood, and the love of family brought us here 12 years ago. It has been an increasingly precious perch, and we continue to feather the nest, most recently bringing long neglected landscape planning into focus\u2014watch our space in about two months!<\/p>\n<p>Works of art are microcosms and artifacts\u2014they are places we can go to discover order and ecstasy; and they are the evidence of trips taken by gifted manual laborers whose work product tends to be viewed in galleries and museums.<\/p>\n<p>We surround ourselves with an extraordinarily eclectic array of works of art, from old master drawings to contemporary sculpture, and everything in between\u2014because in truth, there is no \u201cin-between\u201d from the perspective of connoisseurship.\u00a0 Rather, a seamless historical carpet weaves on. On top is a De Lap that is almost purely visual.
