Success Story: Estée Lauder

In late 2016, Tag won the opportunity to serve Estée Lauder. Estée Lauder’s requirements included having the option to log into the sourcing and project management system for greater transparency, visibility and involvement in production and sourcing processes. Designed for enterprises and marketing services providers alike, Noosh met the client requirements while having the capability to send data to Tag’s platform, iMedia, in the format required. Tag, then, entrusted Noosh to help support the engagement with Estée Lauder.

Four years later, the team has processed $60 million in orders encompassing 18,000 line items for print and core promotional products. 107 suppliers organized in panels by product type support the business. Over the years, the engagement expanded to support 23 brands, such as Estée Lauder, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Origins and Tom Ford ). Tag and Noosh are also in the process of extending the successful implementation to Estée Lauder Canada.

Currently, our team is working with Tag’s new account team to refine the implementation as business needs evolve. Broadly, we expect enhancements to include changes in specifications to reflect the current product suite, updating the UI, and enhancing the data presented to the client…We look forward to the continued journey with Tag in support of Estée Lauder.
